Former Mayor, Uche Wogu Celebrates Abia First lady On Her Birthday

The Former Mayor of Aba south, Hon. Uche wogu has extended a heartwarming congratulatory message to the Wife of the Governor of Abia state, Her Excellency Mrs. Priscilla Otti on her birthday. In his congratulatory message, he described Mrs. Priscilla Otti as a beacon of inspiration to Abia women and a mother of Excellence and admiration. He commended the first lady for being a pillar of support and source of courage to the husband, His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, according to Hon. Wogu, the efforts of the first lady can be seen in the humongous transformation being carried out in Abia by Governor Alex Otti, citing the importance of her role as a source of strength to the Governor which has enabled him achieve huge feats in Abia.
