Comedian Sabinus Allegedly Accused of Infidelity, Faces Court Action from Abia-Born Wife

Popular Nigerian comedian and skit maker, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, widely known as Sabinus, is reportedly facing a serious marital crisis following allegations of infidelity and neglecting his parental responsibilities.  

According to reports, Sabinus’ wife, who hails from Abia State and resides in the United Kingdom with their child, has allegedly dragged him to court over claims that he has failed to provide financial support for their upkeep.  

The trouble is said to have started not long after the couple had a private wedding ceremony in 2023. Sources allege that whenever Sabinus visits the UK, he chooses to lodge in a hotel with another woman instead of staying with his family. This has reportedly led to frequent disagreements between him and his wife.  

Tensions between the couple appear to have escalated, as they have now unfollowed each other on social media. Additionally, Sabinus’ wife has made her social media account private, possibly in an attempt to keep the issue away from public scrutiny.  

While it remains unclear how she discovered the alleged infidelity, reports suggest she has opted not to disclose details about the other woman involved.  

As of now, neither Sabinus nor his wife has released an official statement regarding the controversy.
