Dr. Chima Anyaso Hails Gov. Alex Otti’s Transformative Leadership, Endorses Him for Second Term
Dr. Chima Anyaso hails Governor Alex Otti’s transformative leadership in Abia State, endorsing him for a second term. He vows that Old Bende will deliver even more votes in 2027, citing Otti’s visible progress and people-focused governance.
A prominent Abia-born philanthropist and political leader, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (Ofuji), has praised Governor Alex Otti for redefining governance in Abia State through visionary leadership and transformative policies.
Dr. Anyaso, who spoke during a Grand Civic Reception organized by the people of Old Bende under the umbrella of the Old Bende Progressive Union in honor of Governor Otti at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba, described the Governor’s leadership as purposeful, transparent, and people-centered.
He said, “Governor Otti’s transformative work continues to inspire confidence and restore hope in the Abia dream. As proud sons and daughters of Old Bende, we stand with him and reaffirm our unwavering support for this new era of purposeful leadership.”
Dr. Anyaso also threw his full weight behind the collective endorsement of Governor Otti for a second term, describing the call as a “unanimous decision rooted in performance and integrity.”
According to him, Old Bende people have witnessed visible progress under Otti’s administration in infrastructure, education, and governance. He pledged that the bloc would mobilize massive electoral support for the Governor in the 2027 general election.
“In 2023, Bende Local Government Area, which is my immediate constituency, delivered Dr. Alex Chioma Otti even though we were in the opposition party at that time. In fact, Bende’s result was the first to arrive at the collation center,” Dr. Anyaso recalled. “If we could achieve that while in opposition, now that we are part of the ruling party, we will double our block votes for Dr. Otti in 2027.”
He lauded the Governor’s performance in infrastructure renewal, economic reforms, and fiscal transparency, noting that Abia has regained its pride of place as one of Nigeria’s emerging states under Otti’s administration.
“Governor Otti’s sterling performance and visible developmental strides across the state have made our job much easier. Abians can now proudly say that hope has been restored,” Anyaso stated.
Dr. Anyaso’s endorsement adds to the growing list of prominent Abians and political stakeholders expressing support for Governor Otti’s second term ambition, citing his record of good governance and people-oriented reforms.
