Senator Orji Uzor Kalu Thanks Ohafia Leaders, Promises Verified Report on Constituency Projects in September

Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, representing Abia North Senatorial District, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the people and leadership of Ohafia Local Government Area for their unwavering support and trust in his representation.

In a statement released Thursday by his media office and signed by George Maduka, Senator Kalu acknowledged the long-standing relationship he shares with Ohafia’s stakeholders, community leaders, and traditional institutions. He reaffirmed his commitment to driving equitable development and lasting peace across all communities in the area.

The senator’s message follows a recent publication that listed some of the projects executed in Ohafia under his tenure. While welcoming the attention given to his efforts, the senator noted that the report omitted many other zonal intervention projects he facilitated for the local government.

To set the record straight, Kalu’s media office announced that it is currently compiling a full, independently verified report of all projects executed in Ohafia LGA. The report, according to the statement, will be made public upon the resumption of the National Assembly in September 2025.

Kalu’s team urged constituents to remain patient, adding that the upcoming report would provide a transparent and detailed account of the senator’s interventions and commitments.

“Senator Kalu remains committed to the welfare and sustainable development of every community in Abia North,” the statement concluded.
