"Guilt is a hunter..." Ukoha Slams Opposition, says critics are defeated by Otti's performance in Abia

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Of Abia State, Ctz. Ukoha Njoku Ukoha has berated the opposition in Abia State, in his recent post captioned "The Petulant Fault-Finding Mission of Abia PDP e-Rats: An Admission of Achievements & Performance of Gov. Alex Otti :Part 1" He highlighted on how guilt is hunting the past administration in Abia hence their bitter criticisms on Gov. Otti's administration, he also made reference to the fact that Gov. Otti is responding to the critics with his Gigantic performance in Abia and has since defeated the critics and disarmed the cynics, the post goes thus; “Guilt is a hunter. My conscience mocked me, picking fights like a petulant child.” - Joana Vilkas. The above quote succintly captures the mood of the remnants of Abia PDP e-Rats.

The works, performance and achievements of Gov. Alex Otti in less than 15 months on the saddle speak for themselves and have sufficiently disarmed the cynics, whose silence on his performance and achievements smacks of admission. Their option remains to resort to daily misinformation, concoction of lies about imaginary and illusionary sacking and resignation of house-helps, gatemen, drivers, ADCs, commissioners and staff of Town Planning Authority, leaving one to wonder whether their paymaster, ex-Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu, did not sack his employees during his time.

Aba, the famous Enyimba City has joined the race for the neatest city in the country. The perennial flooding in the commercial hub of the South-East has been frontally tackled and arrested within a year. The early morning and evening traffic gridlock has become history, courtesy of the zero pothole policy of the Gov. Otti-led Government. The ongoing massive installation of solar streetlights is beautifying the city and turning night into day within and around the Enyimba City. Touting and harassement of law-abiding Abians by illegal revenue agents have been decisively dealt with just like their promoters in Abia PDP. The city now wears a brand new look and the story has changed within a year after over two decades of bad and uninspiring administrations.

Umuahia, the State Capital, is gradually having the semblance of a city away from a glorified village square. The gateway into the city ushers residents and visitors into an emerging capital city. The zero pothole policy has eased movement around the city. The State Environmental Protection Agency has done exceedingly well in waste disposal and management.

The light-up Abia project is turning night into day with the massive installation of solar streetlights around the state capital. In the words of Gov. Alex Otti, "This is just a dress rehearsal, we are just beginning". ...To be Continued. Ctz. UKOHA, NJOKU UKOHA Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Governor of Abia State. 16-08-2024
